Gamecock... excellent video. It is one of the best teaching videos on “Spoliation of Evidence.”
The only thing Trey fails to mention is that “Spoliation of Evidence” is criminal at the point at which the person becomes aware that their “may” be litigation in the future. This is long before charges are filed. I’m also a forensic CPA.
