I'm inclined to agree with you and my hope for a victory on this front now looks at our situation from the "three more minutes" perspective.

No matter how bad something is, I'm going to go one more round before I give up on it. Worst case, I got this far, I can go three more minutes.

Strange that Mario Apuzzo (plaintiff’s attorney) never makes that claim. I would think he would be all over it if the opposing counsel actually said the BC was a forgery.

I don’t care to hear any more from Arpaio about the BC. He may have meant well, but he’s cried wolf so many times that any legitimate message he might eventually deliver will understandably be ignored.
