Wow! LOL
That was quite a ride... With a twist!
This was played repeatedly on “Homer Call of the Week” on the local sports station when the announcers, for good reason, went wild. To use the worn cliche, it seems like it was only yesterday since it it was such a big deal here in North Texas. But what also struck me was the NFL 75th Anniversary logo at midfield in Texas Stadium. That seems like a recent memory and not 20 years ago. Even more of a milestone is that Texas Stadium was still a relatively spry 23 year-old at that time, in its prime. Just seeing the video and recalling it so vividly really took me back. Thanks for posting it.
I am sick. I wanna throw up.
Wow....great video...
Is this the stadium that I heard they’re renovating at the tune of like 20 million?
Ahhh the joys of a prevent defense....
Good gosh.
Texas Stadium was demolished back in 2010—the site is now empty land, used as a staging area for Texas Department of Transportation highway maintenance equipment.
The announcers at the end...
Yeah, they dropped their “gosh” after the last play.
You may be thinking about the new stadium in Allen. Lots of problems with cracks in the concrete so there are some substantial repairs going on.
I wet my pants.
I done wet my britches.
The thing I noticed was the almost professional play of the teams at that level of Texas football. You don’t see many missed assignments on offense.

That #88 for PESH was a beast. Should’ve kicked another on side kick at the end.
