The father of Michael Brown appeared at a news conference Tuesday wearing a T-shirt with the slogan, “No Justice No Peace,” but he did not speak about a grand jury decision not to indict the Ferguson, Missouri, police officer who shot his son.
“He doesn’t want to misspeak because of such emotions that are going through him that will later be held against him,” his lawyer Benjamin Crump said.
“This process is broken. The process should be indicted.”

“It’s broken” seems to be an Alinsky thing, a call to tear something down to “rebuild it”.
Our immigration system is broken, right? Actually it just is not used.

I agree that the process is broken; the cop who was defending himself against a violent thug should NOT have been put through this process.
This is getting to be a routine though; a white guy shoots a black thug - national press arrives - fills in the blanks on it’s standard story. Things like “white cop” might have to be changed to “white hispanic”, things like that.
Phaze 2 - Jessie or Al show up and fan the flames of hate.
Phaze 3 - Community agitators come in and spread those flames and incite riots.
Phaze 4 - The press comes back and does another fill in the blank story that has otherwise already been written.
Meanwhile, the press ignores the thousands of black on black murders in the inner cities, things like a 5 yr old getting shot in the head on her grandfather’s lap while watching cartoons in the middle of the day.... It is so much easier to do the fill in the blank stories.
The welfare system for The Poor is broken. Since LBJ’s malignant war on Poverty invaded the ghettos and the barrios, minority families have been destroyed, feral youth rape, rob, and murder with no guilt, and no one is safe. I don’t know why the police even show up in these war zones.
