They could have had the grand jury statement read at 5am when all the paid protesters (the professional ones) and other rioters would have still been sleepin’ in. But they had it at night so the darkness would encourage lawlessness. Nicely played Obama, nicely played.
I remember watching future weapons and two come to mind. The first was a weapon that would transmit waves that made you feel like your skin was burning. The second was based on sound, it threw off the equilibrium and made you puke.

I would not be remotely surprised if the ROE is 'stand around with empty magazines in your rifles'- if even that.
If you think that's funny, then get this. I heard almost that EXACT conversation last night on one of the livestream vids of Ferguson. That same person went on to blame the police for her no longer having a job.
No, classical music and opera, that would do the trick.
You just have to know that country music on loudspeakers would be just torture to them.

It is shocking. Last night and every coming night of protests will be a night of: “time to get even”, “settle scores”, “score free stuff”... Sad
There is one building I can guarantee you WON’T get burned down.... The local welfare office.
Set up a fake liquor store, break the gas line in it, and when enough of them barge into the store, fire a flaming arrow into it and send it sky high. It would look like an accident.

The police are to ignore all crimes by protesters unless it involves self-defense of the officer.
No type of anti-protest 'vehicles' or 'weapons' are allowed to be used, except for tear gas and that only when officers are actually under sustained fire.
I know you think I'm kidding, but all you had to do was watch the video feeds last night and you could see the results of that agreement.
That would be brutal. Slim Whitman would quiet them down in a hurry.
