I don’t think she has any fear Daryl would turn out like her husband. Ed was not only an abuser, he was working his way up to raping his own daughter. Carol once told Daryl he did more to help Sophia than her own father ever did.

Also, as Carol recently said, she became the strong woman she always wanted to be. I don’t think she would tolerate that kind of treatment from any man.

You might be right about them continuing to film in Georgia for the tax credits. In the comics, however, the group does move north.

Wow, I have no idea and why he didn't just walk out the front door of the church is beyond me. I don't think anyone would have stopped him......

What should be noted tho is that he stepped on a nail and how that plays out will be interesting.......

FWIW, I'm just an enjoyer of the program, I don't criticize the writers on what the survivors should or shouldn't do.......

I hope my comments on these TWD threads reflect that......
