In the run up to the recent election, people who refused to vote for the lesser of two evils were attacked by the pro-rino crowd here. Well now that your precious GOPe has won and started their back stabbing, obozo`s amnesty comes to mind, what do you retardicans have to say?
>> Ive repeatedly ask you a basic question
Is English your first language? Please answer that basic question.
Well for one thing they don’t actually take office until January....
For another the expectation of instant gratification is not a Conservative trait....
So tell us again in 2016 how we shoulda just stayed home, K?
This thread consists of some of the most disingenuous evasive GOP bullsh*t comments I’ve seen here for the last 3 days...
Here, you can have at it tick...
The stench is too great for me...
Cheers.
What has your lesser of two evils philosophy done to halt, let alone reverse the movement by BOTH parties towards a more centralized, and therefore tyrannical federal government?
They can NEVER answer it, I get obfuscation, or hemming and hawing reminiscent of Ralph Kramden of The Honeymooners. 'Can it core a apple, yes, it can core a apple, Hawmina, hawmina, hawmina!'
I’m happy I could help you make that all-important decision of which threads to grace with your wisdom and rhetorical skills.
Have a good night!
And remember to drink a glass or two of H20; your head will thank you for it in the morning. :-)
FRegards
I wouldn’t vote for me.
You don`t do a knee jerk reflex of supporting the lesser of two evils. Let me ask you, What has your lesser of two evils concept done to stop, let alone reverse the trend by BOTH parties towards the centralization and tyranny of the federal government?
I abstained from voting for him, sure. Damn proud of that, too!
I think you misunderstood my post, which was all about people excusing non-action; there's a parable about Talents that I think is quite applicable to the Republican party; to wit: I fully expect them to bury what was given them (the legislature) and again run on I'm not a Democrat.
I say what I say after every election....It is up to the electorate to hold the elected accountable. It is our responsibility to fire up the emails, snail mail, and phone lines to be sure that they do what we want. If we don’t do that nothing else will happen.
And for the record I don’t remember reading a lot of folks here on FR asking people to vote for the lesser of two evils in any of the races.
Perhaps you have a bad case of indigestion
Heh, if you`re a Constitutionalist, you`d get my vote! Just follow the blasted thing, someone for Christ`s sake, just try following the blasted thing!
nothing. i knew they were going to keep doing exactly the same crap thewere doing before the election. i warned folks to keep the expctations extremely low.
In my experience (watching elections since 1976 and participating since 1984), no Republican candidate (and, tell the truth and shame the devil, not many Democrats) has been evil.
I believe it was Reagan who said something like just because I only agree with someone 3/4 of the time does not make him 1/4 my enemy.
Of course, if your goal is somewhere between libertarianism and anarcho-capitalism, then by comparison to you, I am myself an evil statist. Oh well, I'll just have to live with that shame.
Learn a different vocabluary please. That is an offensive word. Why don’t you just call folks who don’t vote the way you want them too some other name?
LOL — Thank you for that pic.
Well I do, and my digestion is fine. Maybe your memory is acting up?
well said and very very true
Well maybe they can just try following the Constitution? Those founders were pretty smart guys, you know.
What are you talking aabout; the Republicans have been allowing evil to triumph for years.
What did they do for Fast and Furious?
What did they do for Benghazi?
What did they do for the NSA domestic espionage?
What did they do for the IRS's political targeting?
What did they do for the evisceration of due process known as Civil Asset Forfeiture?
The Republican party refuses to oppose the Democrats even on no-lose propositions (like icing the NSA's domestic espionage) — they are the ones allowing [and aiding] evil's triumph.
