By the Imperial power invested in me and the various emanations of nebulous penumbras I hereby decree there are now 50 lower courts under the Supreme court and the Governor of each state gets to pick who sits on the one for his state. Oh, by the way , Sotomyer, Kagen, Ginsburg, Breyer, and Roberts are fired. To be replaced by Ann Coulter, Mark Levin, Rush Limbaugh , Jim Robinson and ME! (Hey , if I can strip power from Congress why not from the courts as well? Being a dictator is fun! It’s GOOD to be the King!)
