Holder urges restraint ahead of decision on Ferguson shooting
FERGUSON Mo (Reuters) - Hundreds of civil rights lawyers from across America are descending on Ferguson, Missouri as police and protesters prepare for a grand jury decision on whether to charge the officer who killed an unarmed black teenager in August.
The attorneys are arriving in Ferguson as talks between protest groups and police have stalled over a refusal by officials to rule out the use of riot gear, tear gas and militarized equipment if demonstrations turn violent should a grand jury decide not to indict police officer Darren Wilson, protest leaders say.

The reports have been consistent that He’s been stirring up the potential violence there for weeks and weeks. What’s with the sudden change of tune?

Hopefully, the civil rights lawyers will be seated right between the lines.

It’s his job to say such things. Like his superior, states the obligated statement but you can tell he doesn’t agree with his own words.
Right there is why people won’t open businesses in their communities...they have no systems of accountability even among themselves.
Ferguson will be a test if better minds in that community will prevail......I haven’t much hope it will be different then what we’ve already seen here or the people wouldn’t be boarding up the community for a “Storm!”...and they ought to know the nature of that storm very well..

About a dozen protesters gathered again outside the police station in Ferguson in frigid conditions, 'blocking vehicles' as they waved placards and chanted ...'Whose streets? Our streets!' and 'Killer cops have got to go!' Activists across the United States said they would stage 'their own rallies'...(piggy back Ferguson).... at federal courthouses nationwide regardless of the grand jury's decision. .....They say they will call for 'federal charges' to be brought against Wilson if he does not face 'state charges'....
The office of St Louis Prosecutor Bob McCulloch has said that they will unseal all evidence reviewed by the Grand Jury following their decision and release it to the public.
