Who will do anything about it?
Why stop at 5mill, why not 20?
How about we give all people of the world free citizenship.

As well, now that the president is a completely lawless person, why should the peasants obey the law?

these aren’t pardons. this is a violation of the constitution. The President is specifially not granted powers over immigration and nationalization, congress specifically is. Calling it a pardon doesn’t change that. He has blatantly usurped the constitution.

When those who are sworn to uphold the law break it with wild abandon, then the rule of law ceases to exist.
We should be guided accordingly.

the power to pardon is absolute
entering the country is illegal. so is staying in the country. he cannot pardon future crimes.
the gop should say ‘we are gonna take that list of all you criminals in 2016 and imprison every one of you. and your families too.’
that would cut down on those that take up the ghetto fool on his offer

Even if these were pardons, their crime is ongoing. He cannot pardon them today for they commit next year.

So, pass a law that he has to sign each individual pardon - no autopen. and as I learned on Hell on Wheels, a pardon has to be accepted by the recipient. That will keep him out of trouble for a while...
