The family of the deceased has the full, unredacted autopsy report and they are suing Pratt and Whitney, the aircraft engine maker and Makani Kai Air, the owners of the plane that crashed.
A wrongful death lawsuit will spend a considerable amount of time and testimony on the actual cause of death. I would imagine that the Medical Examiner/pathologist who performed the autopsy will be deposed and called to testify.
The suggested motive for eliminating Loretta Fuddy misses a key point, Dr. Alvin T. Onaka, the Hawaii state Registrar of Vital Statistics has Barack Obama’s original birth certificate in his office safe. It was Dr. Onaka who certified the two copies of the long form Certificate of Live Birth that Loretta Fuddy approved for release and it was Alvin Onaka who wrote two Certified Letters of Verification for the Secretaries of State in Arizona and Kansas.
Alvin T. Onaka, Ph.D. remains very much alive and if anyone is ever able to convince a judge to issue a court order for the release and inspection of the original Obama birth certificate, it is Alvin T. Onaka who will open his office safe and provide that document to the Court and he is still very much alive.

The same Alvin Onaka who refused to verify any of Obama’s birth facts and wouldn’t even put his own seal on the document that people have misconstrued to verify a VALID birth certificate?
You don’t have all the information. There was a very, very qood reason that they wanted Fuddy unable to testify. Hopefully you will know that reason before too lonq.
Okay, I’ve read the entire thread and I’ve got it figured out. There is a small group of posters—the usual group—that is telling the rest of us—the conservatives—for maybe the millionth time what our problem is. Namely, we don’t trust government enough. In particular, we don’t trust Democrat-dominated state & federal governments enough, though we are also too suspicious of state governments with a smattering of RINI/GOPe officials.
The message is, the above types of governments are honest. They are trustworthy. They do not lie. They are transparent. They always do what is best for the citizens, including conservatives. They never favor Democrats, liberals or the Establishment. They always favor integrity and The People. The government is good, honest, aboveboard and reliable. This is the message the little group of pernicious posters has been trying to drive home for years. If only the hicks and the rubes would listen, all would be well.
After all, no government, state or fed, and particularly no government dominated by Dems and a few RINOs and GOPe-ers, has ever given us any cause to doubt it. Over and over we’ve seen what paragons of virtue Dem politicians are, closely followed by the righteousness of RINOs and GOPe-ers. How many times do these governments have to prove that they NEVER lie, cover-up, play favorites, obfuscate or do any other less than totally integrous thing before the wingnuts will stop acting stupidly. Only really stupid people believe Obama has lied about anything of significance. Only crazy people believe his cohorts in Dem-dominated state governments would support his lies.
The bottom line is this. We have a small but vocal group that believes in Dem-dominated governments, state & fed. They believe when such governments speak, it is the Gold Standard. No one can/should ask further questions. All questions have been resolved. The Dems, who never lie, have laid the matter to rest once and for all. If stupid, crazy conservatives would just learn that lesson, our sturdy little group of Dem government cheerleaders could finally take a much deserved rest.
