No. He clearly said that to their knowledqe nobody else has records either. The records don’t exist.
It’s not confusinq at all, if you simply hear what they’re actually sayinq.
Here is what you told me in post 341
“I was told that no records were in the possession of MPD and to their knowledqe there were no records that anybody else had either.”
That is not the same as saying that records don’t exist. I (hypothetically) work for the MPD, that doesn’t mean I know what some other department in Maui has in their files. At this point you have to accept the fact you are considered something of a vexatious litigant and they will only give you exactly what they have to.
The doctor might not have had to pay to get to Molokai. The county may have arraigned for her transportation. It would be in the county records not the MPD.
