This happened last Thursday in Connecticut. There is very little information released. Last week, a Spanish Teacher arrived in class (tardy), and was very obviously intoxicated. After entering the classroom of high school students, this teacher proceeded to (inadventantly) urinate in his clothing, and subsequently, onto the chair and classroom floor. The students were, of course filming this as it occurred, some laughing, some scowling in disgust.
One student went up to the teacher to voice his opinion of what had just transpired. The 'teacher' showed neither contrition or discretion. The teacher got angry and confrontational, grabbing the student by his collar and pushing him up against the walls. Within minutes, the teacher was met by unnamed 'school officials', handcuffed by these same 'officals', and removed from the children's presence. Letter's of apology went out on Friday to the parents in reference to this incident. The letters made general statements that "a teacher was 'acting inappropriately' and was quickly removed from the classroom. We apologize for the upset to your child and the family".
Nowhere did the letter say that a. The teacher pissed himself in front of everybody. b. The teacher physically assaulted a student, albeit only briefly. c. The Police were never contacted nor was a Police Report filed. Many students and their families are saying this would be very different were the aggressor a student who came to school in that condition and began pushing people around. I can find no name or face pic of the 'teacher' so far.

I’m only quoting what the article claims has occurred. I would be surprised if the kids did not snap or film what may be a once in a school-boys’ lifetime event. The same school officials who chose to protect their own, and handle this internally, are likely to have gone full-out gestapo, and grabbed the kids phones too. They may have said, ‘anyone who posts this online WILL BE EXPELLED, and charged with criminal behavior, and transferred out of the school district!
“You students are not supposed to be using a cell in class anyway! What’s going on here? “. They can think of what criminal behavior later. High School kids, especially seniors, are easy to scare. The closer you are to graduation, or your ‘release date’ you don’t want anything to mess it up.
Not much is funnier than an adult male wetting himself, though it’s funniest when it’s a result of intimidation or fright.
The throes of addiction are the devils dance. No I’m not excusing his behavior, I hope this wakes him up and puts him on the right path. Sometimes our demise and blinding flash of realization coincide publically. I know mine did. I hate that kids were involved..

Almost exactly what happened to my old six grade teacher after several shoplifting convictions.

Some folks do need to reach the bottom and to be fully aware of it’s having been reached, before they decide to change their lives for the better. Reclaim you power over potions, notions and costly possessions.
Handcuffs would seem to make it an arrest (or kidnapping).
Thin ice for school, especially of police not called, or charges made.

I are completely serieZ. We had a go around on a thread recently here on a thread she got indignant over after being exposed for her abortion views by several freepers and last week, a jury duty summons arrived in my mail.
No I cannot say that the two are connected. I can only point out the facts as they happened and their proximity.
Well, on the bright side it may have been one of the best cautionary displays the students could receive about over indulgence in alcohol. Sort of like the old poster of the pasty faced frump with a cigarette dangling from her mouth with the words “Smoking is glamorous” underneath.

We need to examine the licensing procedure and not allow people of dubious moral principle the privilege to teach. That includes people who so no problem with same sex marriage and abortion. They are a menace to society and should by force of law be kept out of positions of authority. Such people summarily forfeit any possible authority over me and my children by their words and deeds.
Some wording errors may be due to ‘Fat Finger’ syndrome, or big man hands trying to poke out a message on a cell phone. Sometimes it’s easier to abbreviate vs finish correctly.
I’m guilty of both crimes, not even mentioning the ‘improved’ spellings I use here and there.
