Keeping this buried for obvious reasons during this election time, I just want people to have an inkling of what kind of exciting future our nation might soon enjoy. [Been eager to share these ideas for some time now.] Deliberately tripping up word searchhhes BTW.

We will see law enforcement revolutionized within a few years. Technology is poised like never before. All we need to do is tell leftist dogma to take a hike.

I’ve been working with people regarding constitutionaaal amendments to expedite modern age law enforcement by empowering states. It’s time for crime fighting innovations that are NOT part of centralized federal power. State level tyranny can be countered more effectively than federal. Besides, each state can be a labratory and a competitor for other states to examine.

We need to end federal judicial review of states. Federal judicial review has turned US incarceration into a joke. SCOTUS keeps emptying prisons and making incarceration expensive. Federal standards also stunt tech innovations for tracking felons. With futuristic tracking, states will be able to punish and monitor felons far more cheaply. Congress would be a better oversight body to prevent states from going overboard.

Another idea is tiny, time-limited ‘FBI Hot Zones’. Imagine what the FBI could achieve in eighteen months [maximum] or even in eight months if not hamstrung by warrants. We primarily had ‘balkanization’ in mind for something like this. Detroit, for example, might already be balkanized to the point that even the state might be unable to repair itself.

Consider the earlier headline: Sweden: Police point out 55 Muslim-dominated areas where “criminals” have taken control of the area. We need some mechanism to head off MS-13 ‘blockbuster’ surges as well.

To avoid tyranny, a 2/3 super majority of support would be needed in the House to obtain ‘FBI Hot Zone’ Status, and even a simple majority vote by either the House or the Senate could end the ‘FBI Hot Zone’ status immediately. And, there could only be a total of 2 hotzones at one time in the US, each limited to a single county.

Secondly, the FBI director would need to be term limited more tightly, and be INDEPENDENT of the President AND nominated competively, and more easily impeached/removed AND be free of all federal employment regulations. Further, state governments could also impeach/remove the FBI director.

The FBI director would be Commander in Chief of his/her bureau with the same autonomy that the President has of our Armed Forces.

Thirdly, the FBI director gains complete authority over a local county’s law enforcement during that period of being a ‘Hot Zone’. The federal government can legislate bonus incentives to the local law enforcement during that time as well.

Fourthly, the House appoints a chief FBI Hotzone judge who subjectively/creatively manages trials regarding people arrested by the FBI in those hot zones so long as no one is executed [since this is not a traditional trial process]. Also term limited, this judge can be replaced by a simple House or Senate majority vote, and the future judge can modify or repeal such punishments. It would save a fortune in court costs alone.
