Exactly. 30 NFL owners loose their leverage to shakedown the local potentates. None of them will ever allow a team to locate in LA.
Since the NFL vacated LA, look at what happened to the average value of an NFL franchise. It’s over $1 billion now.

Dont worry it wont happen. LA is too useful as blackmail, that emptiness has caused many stadiums to be built. And some are getting close to time for replacement. The next biggest metro area after LA without a football team nearby is Portland, Oregon - and no one will build a stadium if the threat is the Portland Bengals, Portland Vikings or Portland Bills.
