What's even worse about swans is that they are aggressively territorial, and will attack anything. Apartment complexes in the Chicago area use them to chase away Canadian geese.

A couple of years ago, there was an employee of a company that provided swans to complexes who was drowned by a swan, in his kayak. Water gardens are big in these places. The bird sat on him and drove him under until he stopped moving.

An albino deer is defective I am surprised the liberals didn’t demand an abortion.

east shore of Seneca Lake on the Seneca Army Depot... they came here from Germany and since the Q area was heavily, and i do mean heavily fenced/patrolled, the heard grew and grew

but somehow, they still manage to get out

That’s just dumb. No one said there should be a law or anything, just why not wait for the next one, since many people think an albino animal in the wild is special.

When I lived up that way, most people used hunting and fishing as a primary food source.

Right, it is an unknown reason. I’ve lived, shot, fished and hunted from VA to Fla. I wouldn’t have harvested that deer unless my family really needed the meat and there were no other deer around.

Albino animals have two genetic traits in common. Pink eyes and a white coat. Deer in pix has regular, not pink, eyes. Maybe some time back during the post ice ages there were all white deer.A later posting by a FR had pix of a small herd of all white deer.
