Yeah, it appears that they accept that Brown forced himself into the cab of the police car where he was shot once.
I think there is some wiggle room as to whether he should have been shot as he was going back at the officer.
My personal opinion, though, is that Darren Wilson should go free. And I fear for his life thereafter.
I supported Zimmerman who turned out to have his own problems. But his attorney said that the lives of those who survive these trials and verdicts are tough. Hard to get a job or a place to live. Living in constant fear, never knowing who to trust.
Regardless of what did or did not happen, Wilson’s life will never be the same. If the jury finds No Bill then that is the way it is, and Wilson shouldn’t have to live in fear thereafter.
The utter foolishness lies in the fact that NBC seems to be walking. They broadcast a record of his call to the police before the altercation. But they edited out an answer and then a question - which portrayed Zimmerman as a blatant racist, and is a technique which could be used to portray anyone as practically any thing. Zimmerman sued for a paltry $2million, and AFAIK that suit isnt even going forward. He should have sued the AP and its membership for the environment in which it was possible to do such a thing, and possible for people to call for vigilante action against Zimmerman without repercussions. And he should have sued NBC specifically for enough to make himself, his lawyer, and all of his friends and family independently wealthy.
It is not to be forgotten that Zimmerman is a Democrat.
