I saw this on another board.
Vinson told CBS Dallas Fort Worth that she was feeling ill before boarding her flight. She had a low grade fever, but she said that officials told her it was okay to get on the plane. Vinson told CBS that she called the CDC several times with concerns.

Another post said CNN confirmed she called the CDC.

She should have phone records.

The guy at the top of the CDC needs to be fired.

I think she did get permission. The CDC are allowing these health care workers to go home and self monitor themselves. So if they had children, they would be going to school. I'm tired of the CDC blaming the nurses for the CDC’s ineptness. They should be using the higher safety leveled equipment for ebola.

According to Anderson Copper the reason she is being shipped to Emory was because the nurses were threatening at Dallas Presbyterian to walk-off, if she was to be treated there, and there would not be staff to take care of her.

I saw her get off the plane into the ambulance. She was walking very slowly and needed help getting into the back of the vehicle.

Poor, poor woman. And a bride to be too. So sad.
