Lower fuel prices will help, but the reason they are lower is oil futures have tanked and the reason those have tanked is a lousy world economy.

Last time I was talking stocks on FR, the DOW was at 17078, I admitted to sitting on some cash, and was wondering if sitting on it was the right thing to do.
7% later, I’m feeling good about my cash. (For now!)
I may think about select stocks when it goes under 15,000, but may still sit on a fair amount of cash anticipating <14,000.
