It means Patrick Stewart will be showing up in a future episode. It would be really cool if Patrick Stewart showed up as Picard, in the Enterprise from the future, and beamed down a cure to Rick.

This was a very intense episode ever on TWD. The gross part was when Rick, Darryl, Bob and Glenn walked into that room with the body parts strewn and torsos hanging. I would have puked and pass out right there in shock.Not me. I would have tucked in for a quick meal.

I agree, I don’t think our group will ever get that dark. Shoot...dark? More like horribly evil. There were stuffed animals in that room Carol walked through. They were slitting the throats of children.
