Last night Hollywood actress Gwyneth Paltrow hosted a fundraiser for President Obama and the Democrats at her ritzy home in Brentwood, California. Paltrow is worth $140 million dollars and was raised in a rich, privileged family before making her way to the big screen. But that didn't stop her from classifying herself as a "working mother" concerned about equal pay for women, an issue Obama has been dishonestly harping on.

ROTFLMAO! She’s so stupid she doesn’t even realize how stupid and presumptuous and arrogant it is of her to say that.
What she does not realize is that she is about to become jobless in a country falling apart from the actions of herself, and the people she supports.

Has anyone found an actual company yet where a man and women that were hired at the same time for the same jobs, with both having the same experience levels, that has the guy being paid more just because he is a guy?
If this company existed, it would have been the target of these idiots years ago!
We are not supposed to talk about inconvenient truths, such as women being 60% of college graduates.
Any facts which conflict with the narrative that someone is being oppressed by men/whites/society in general, will be surpressed, so that they can make their political statement.

And it is well-known that in the “adult film” industry, women are paid far more than men to do basically the same work.
That fact is tossed out there with chuckles and “duhs” from these same people.

You have to remember, we are talking about liberals here. Liberals demagogue issues. Liberals don’t deal in facts. Liberals ignore facts which don’t conform to their narrative.

Leftist comedian Jon Stewart has a huge following among young people, for his fake news show. Young people watch his show as if it is a legitimate news program, and get their news from him.

The actress introduced the President to a crowd of 200 supporters. She gushed: “You’re so handsome that I can’t speak properly.” Paltrow also described herself as one of Obama’s “biggest fans, if not the biggest.”
Paltrow, who was joined by her children, Apple and Moses, told the crowd: “It would be wonderful if we were able to give this man all of the power that he needs to pass the things that he needs to pass.” She cited sustainable energy efforts as well as Obama’s push for equal pay, which she called “Very important to me as a working mother.”
I sure she believes it with all her heart. She’s not a smart person, even if she’s played a few in the movies.
She really thinks she has it tough out there as a working woman. She has no idea how much harder it’s gotten in the past six years for families, including single mothers. She has millions in the bank and doesn’t have any basis of reality.

Agreed. If what the liberals say is true, then men should not be able to get a job anywhere. Employers would only hire females.
It makes you wonder if the liberals have a grasp of reality sometimes. Do they understand how the world works? do they understand that this “wage gap” is really based on who is doing certain jobs?
For example, relatively few females work on construction sites, as skilled tradesmen, or work as oil drillers, or truck drivers, or other skilled job categories. These are hard, physically taxing jobs. Women don’t do these jobs because they choose not to get training in the fields to qualify for such jobs.
Relatively few women have become partners in law firms because they have dropped off the partner track. They do so because they don’t want to work 60-70 hours a week to get to the point where they make partner. That is their choice. Perhaps they have family or a boyfriend or a life outside work which is important to them. And that’s why they make these choices.
The point is, nobody just gives these good paying jobs and careers to men, just because they are men. The vast majority of men are not partners in law firms or oil drillers either. Not everyone has what it takes, or chooses not to pursue, the best paying jobs that are out there.
No. That is the funny and also tragic thing about virtually every liberal. They have no idea just how incredibly ignorant they are to the real world. They are, for all intents and purposes, clinically mentally ill -- disconnected from the real world. But they don't know it, don't realize it. If they weren't so serious about it, and weren't influencing policy and young minds so much it would be knee-slapping funny -- the best "reality based" entertainment out there.
Hey Gwyneth, you don't mind if I call you Gwyneth do you? Listen darlin'... If you're so worried about male/female equal pay I'll help you out with that right now. For the next couple of years, I will trade paychecks with you. How about it?
