I love the early morning butcher’s tags, but I don’t seem to have enough money to do much good, even when I get there early.

Ground beef is nearly as versatile as chicken and pork.

When you have to “just cook something,” ground beef is just about the easiest thing. We have a lot in the freezer now. It will be hamburgers, chili, or tacos, and we can quickly come up with a main dish when we get an email from the church about someone who’s had a baby or surgery.

Been a long time since I made the beef-noodle dish. Maybe we’ll do that next time DP goes on a trip, which is like a week from now.
