I admire anyone who can do a graveyard shift. What is that called in GB? I could never do it because I haven’t learned to sleep while the sun is up. Must be from my early years in Alaska Territory.

No real names for it that i am aware of, just ‘nights’.
The secret is the use of ‘Blackout’ curtains (Thick light proof Drapes).
I've found over the years that keeping your meals at the same times around the clock helps as well eg,07:00h ,12:00h/00:01h, 17:00h .
