I don’t invite people in. They think it’s a sign that they can show up any time, and that doesn’t go down well in my house. Usually, I’m not feeling well enough to do my own housework, much less put on a front for someone else for the sake of courtesy.
And I didn’t get the bananas. The store was out, but I didn’t have the gas or the inclination to go to Walmart or the 7-11.
My Brother-in-law is having a bad week already.
Time Warner Cable doubled charged his account, he owed for 2 months and they took about $920. The bank says it will take days to get reimbursed, that was Saturday and “days” didn’t start till today.
So he bought some stuff and bought breakfast for my sister on the way to dialysis. Then somehow the last $20 in the account became $3 for no apparent reason. Right before he was going to spend it at the grocery store. embarrassing.
Apparently when he called to complain they charged him $15.99 for “ID Theft Protection”. Which he never asked for, or heard of. He never approved it and the words never came out of his mouth.
So dinner is whatever is in the cupboard.
It takes seconds to remove the money and 7-10 business days to give it back.
No wonder Wells Fargo is rated the worst customer service of any company, even lower than Comcast.
