Recent Mars Images (Marvin the Martian throws down the kaboom in a guest zot)

All over the internet recently, sciFy vs. reality and a Mars satellite for petty cash:
That breaks the monopoly. Faced with the spectre of other nations publishing uncensored Mars images, NASA and JPL have started publishing some much more obvious images than they have in the past including a totally uncensored video (JPL) showing large-scale structure.

It adjusts the screen color over the course of the day, suppressing the blue from dusk to dawn. This better mimics natural light and keeps the excess blue from messing with your circadian rhythm. (Blue and UV light tells your brain it's still daytime).
Got it yesterday, slept VERY well last night. Maybe coincidence or placebo effect, but still...

Checking in before I head out to do the laundry and house-sit. I don’t look forward to either one, but neither can be ex-caped.
I have the S-L-O-W-s today, so I don’t have any great expectations about how much I can deliver.
Wind chill of 26, and I don’t want to go out in it. I got face masks the other day but really had to hunt for them. Walmart employees don’t know the difference between face masks and beauty masks. GAH!!!
