Yeah, I got the linear heating thing in the basement. Linear ‘cause it’s shaped like a rectangular box. As opposed to a cylindrical dohicky. Or ovate...

But right now it’s on ‘you’re supposed to be sleeping and you don’t need heat’ setback so it hasn’t heated anything, linearly, digitally, or even in an analog fashion since 2330 last. Thus there have been no convection currents, ionospherical or otherwise. Probably should apply for a government grant to study this anomaly...

Probably why it is really chilly about now.

;-)

(Usually about the time the house cools enough to cause a furnace burn (you know - a mid night correction) it is time for the “you’re supposed to be up and about” setting and the linear heating device starts consuming #2 again..)

And now, I will go check out the warming features of layers of cloth. Also known as blankets.. ;-)

Have you tried the Jackson and Perkins catalog?

Previously, I thought of January 19th solely as the anniversary of the birthdays of Edgar Alan Poe and Robert E. Lee, as well as the pardon of Tokyo Rose.

Now, I shall mark it as the date of your upcoming surgery.

Taking a page from Democrat voting policy and praying early and often, I remain,

Yours,

SM

I didn’t know it was Poe’s birthday (as well as Gen. Lee, James, and Kathleen). It’s also the birthday of my boss, Dona Edra, the Spanish Battleaxe. She’ll be 80 next month.

Congratulations to James and Kathleen.

This is a seventeenth century battle axe made in Spain (or so the caption read).

You may notice the resemblance.

One of my neighbors is Bill de Blasio. He seems to believe in sharing the wealth. Maybe I should use his home keys?

It will be an ABC keyboard not qwerty or azerty.

Actually, I would probably see it as a [poi keyboard since he and I see the world from opposite ends.

Present and accounted for.

Ungh.

I am determined to lose four pounds this week. If I don’t start getting good solid sleep at night, I’m afraid I won’t be losing much weight at a time. Slowly and painfully, I think.

My brain doesn’t seem to be connecting too solidly this morning. Restless night.

I’m determined to lose 2.

And good morning. I’ve been to the gym.

I’m still trying to get motivated. I don’t want to add any programs to this computer, but I may have to. I don’t even think I’m looking forward to getting my own back, I’m so disgusted with it.

Done! LOL!

It looks like when the manager came in, she scared Sparkle, and now she’s hiding from me again. I’m not a very happy camper at that. I was just making headway with her, and the manager has to get stupid.

One of my Idaho nieces is clever and creative with her mind and hands and is making Hockeybughow a VW cap. She made a Batman beanie, complete with ears, but then when I asked her to make one for Hockeybughow, she suggested a VW since he restores them and has such a HUGH collection of the toys.

She just posted one side of it with the wheels done, and I am so impressed! She even has the fenders on there! I hope he likes it when she’s done with it!

The manager should have a file about people’s residences, including information like “timid cat.”

The cap sounds like a brilliant creation!
