A slender woman set up dates on Tinder using her real profile picture, then showed up looking much different than her picture.
First they set up dates for a slim, attractive woman on Tinder. Using body adhesives and make up, they made her appear 100 pounds heavier, and then set up a hidden camera to record the men’s reactions.
The reactions ranged from surprised to rude to just plain mean. Of five Tinder matches, only one stayed for the entire date, and even he joked with her, asking, “Do you like to eat?”
The Huffington Post called the men’s reactions “appalling,” noting that “A man doesn’t have to be attracted to a woman to respect her.”

The video highlighted 3 women who met with the man but the body language from the women at the beginning of the video was not positive and some didn’t make the “date” clip after the initial greeting.
I call HuffingPaint Post appalling, since they totally ignore that the woman lied outright from the first moment of the 'date' until the last.
Fat, skinny, perfect-sized, whichever: This woman is evil and a liar.
There are women on okcupid who are just looking for a free lunch. There have been articles about them and I even know a woman (never dated) who admitted to doing this herself.
The guy may think their encounter was a ‘date’ but the woman knew going in what the outcome would be.
As in the non-Internet world, too. Though I suppose since the Internet increases anonymous contacts, it presumably increases such bad behavior as well.
Seems they devised a “gotcha!” exercise in how each gender tolerates blatant dishonesty.
If you look at the results without trying to “church them up”, they demonstrated that men tend to not be gullible and tend to have a low tolerance for dishonesty. When the roles were reversed, they demonstrated that women tend to be gullible and tend to tolerate dishonesty.
I wonder if that was their intent?
Don’t get me wrong, though: Skinny or fat, I’d still hit it.
I’m not a leftie by any stretch of the imagination and I would be upset if a man lied to me, no matter what he looked like, but it’s definitely not all wanting a woman suitable for mating.
It’s just shallow preference, most of the time.
In fact, it seems most young men today prefer women that are shaped like teen boys.
For instance, I’m not of mating age anymore, and neither are my dates, but by FAR the men want as skinny as they can get (and often as young as they can get)
I had a (obvious) scammer on a dating site tell me he was a dr, right here in Atlanta. Only there was no trace of him online. uh huh.
Then he said Oh no, i’m with ________. (some world organization) I said why don’t you date nurses? Plenty of them wanting to date drs. He had some other excuse....
My eyes rolled back in my head. I reported him as a scammer and didn’t talk to him again. I wouldn’t even date a dr, so it was an exercise in futility anyway.
When did it get to be news that our societal norms frown on obesity? Not to mention deception.

Anyone who believes that women in general are any less "appalling" than men in general needs to have their head examined. Maybe it's due to having less fear of confrontation due to physical size or something, but men tend to be direct. Women far less so, it's more passive-aggressive and backchannel.
So, one woman agreed to a second date. Did she show up or merely say that to get out of the situation with as little upset as possible, then rip the guy to shreds the minute she got away with access to her cell phone?
Guys, you know the answer. Girls, you do too. Stop pretending, lol.

That's why the article is complete BS.
It was intended to show that women are "nicer" to lying fat men than men are to lying fat women.
What it ACTUALLY shows is that women stuck around longer TO GET THE FREE MEAL out of the guy.
Which brings us back to doe. I mean dough.
And ladies don't try to sell me the crap that you HAVEN'T gone out with a guy or flirted to get free drinks or a meal or whatever.
I can't watch that show because the chin... it haunts my nightmares.
Honestly she looks diseased, with some kind of goiter, rather than "overweight".
