I was listening to a former Abortion Clinic Director tell of giving abortions to girls that aren’t even pregnant. You get them on the Ultrasound table and bring up a bowel or a kidney or something, and tell them they’re pregnant. Charge them for the abortion, and then “do something” to make them think it was done.

What kind of doctor goes into abortion because as an ordinary physician (Ob/gyn even?) there wasn't enough money? They must be very greedy if a physician's income isn't enough, or so bad at medicine that they don't make much saving lives. I'm guessing it's both - that besides being terrible people, abortions were incompetent at helping people before the career change.
