Did the referees cross the line?
Kansas City Chiefs safety Husain Abdullah came up with a big play during Monday night's win over the New England Patriots, as he intercepted a Tom Brady pass and took it to the house for a touchdown. However, once he reached the end zone, Abdullah dropped to his knees and did this ["pray"]:
Abdullah is a practicing Muslim and it's common for people of that faith to pray from their knees. However, this drew a flag from the officials for excessive celebration. But should it have? FOX Sports NFL rules expert Mike Pereira pointed out last year that this type of celebration shouldn't draw a flag.

Any celebration in the end zone should draw a flag.

Is he aware that the football is made from pig skin? Muslims don’t just refrain from eating pork, they also don’t like to touch anything from a pig.

It’s not made from pigskin anymore. It’s cowhide leather.

Agreed. Even though we are all suspect of Muslims, a player giving thanks for a touchdown and not the death of his fellow “Infidels” team members is OK. So long as he does it quickly and does not offend others, that's fine. Remember Cassius Clay and his speeches? Keep your eye on these Moon worshipers...

Why would anyone thank God or any God for a touchdown? My FR handle is taken from what was my sideline, before retiring a few years ago, real estate here in North Texas. Back when I was still active in that field, I always gave praise to God when I closed a sale. I also praised the Lord when I lost and thanked Him for teaching me a lesson and learning humility when I got too haughty. In the case of a good man such as Tim Tebow, his prayers were sincere and an honest expression of his gratitude to God for the talents that he was Blessed with.
The muzzie thug at the center of this thread is whole different kettle of fish. His arrogance was more than self-evident as he "prayed" to his satanic master. Moreover, it was intentionally designed to demonstrate his disregard for traditional America values rooted in Judeo-Christian morality.

He’s not a terrorist?
He’s a muslim, he may not be the one strapping on a bomb but he certainly is supporting them.

You really think this football player yearns to murder people? Moderate muslim = muslim who hopes a radical muslim cuts the head off of an infidel.
As another poster stated: if you don't capitalize 'cockroach', why would you capitalize 'muslim'?

Based on your post...may I suggest some mental health counseling....
The store owner has been here 30 years serving your needs...maybe you should give him the benefit of doubt...
Until he proves otherwise...
I know many muslims...almost to the person they are ashamed, embarrassed, horrified what some mulims are doing in the name of their religion..
Do I trust them?...about as far as I can throw them....doesn’t mean I treat them like trash...

Was Abdullah ‘dissing’ the people of Boston with this little gesture? You could certainly make a case for it. Of course, the media won’t ‘go there’...

That wouldn’t surprise me at all, given the Boston bombing, which is still very much in the news here.

Based on your post, no, I don't think that you may suggest such a thing.

They certainly got ‘bombed’ on the field last night...was Abdullah ‘poking with a stick’? Maybe...maybe not.

I am well aware of what taqiyya is....
As for getting the upper hand...can’t agree more...
But we are far from that place for now...
It’s disingenuous to lump every muslim together as one entity....
