The main point in this article is NOT that the big dog bit the small dog. What is much more important is to realize that dogs are animals after all. No matter how well trained, they have primitive instincts inherited from 50 million years of evolution.
So, in a civilized society, NO ANIMAL SHOULD BE RUNNING AROUND IN AN UNCONTROLLED FASHION. When outside of the home the dogs must be on a short leash and under control. If a dog does damage to anyone, the owner should be whipped in public. They do that in Singapore and there are no such reports of serious dog biting in Singapore news. But why would we learn from others? We are after all smarter than all others!
“NO ANIMAL SHOULD BE RUNNING AROUND IN AN UNCONTROLLED FASHION.’
No need to shout that at me FRiend.
As I posted to the article....
“All dogs should be properly contained.
It is one of the basic principles of responsible dog ownership.”
Containment is synonymous with control.
As for Singapore and the way they do things, you’re welcome to it,
I’ll stick with Western Civilization and work to defend and improve it.
