Russia used its annual appearance at the U.N. General Assembly on Saturday to accuse the United States and its Western allies of bossing the world around, complaining they were attempting to dictate to everyone "what is good and evil."

“These evil sanctions violate the fundamental principles of the United Nations Charter and should be condemned by the international community,” the 90-year-old Mugabe told world leaders at the UN general assembly.
“We are discussing sanctions but we have to understand that all sanctions are illegal, both unilateral US sanction and multilateral EU sanctions as well as the ones based on UNSC resolution,” Rouhani told reporters in New York, where he attended the UN General Assembly.
"First and foremost, there must be no provisional conditions and sanctions. This has never been constructive," the Iranian leader said.
