How many people have actually SEEN the whole video?
It sure looks intentional to me.
Well, apparently now, many in law enforcement, probably dozens of NASCAR officials, and now a Grand Jury.
Have you ever sat in a sprint race car? There are many blind spots and the tiny windshield is covered in dirt (at a dirt track). Add artificial lighting at night and it’s a real possibility you can’t see a guy in a black jumpsuit on a dark track.
This award guy had a history of foolish behavior on the the track and a general disregard of the safety rules.
The real question is how many people have seen the OTHER videos (assuming there are any), including the one that supposedly came from Stewart's helmet cam?
If there are other videos, you can be sure the grand jury saw them, and that's why there's no indictment.
I saw the entire video....Ward was a fool for stepping out into a “hot” race..drugged or not...history of being a hot head himself didn’t help his judgement.
