I NEVER said he should be indicted. Not one single post.
I said look at the evidence.
I also said the Grand Jury would indict or not indict.
The fact that Stewart went through this Grand Jury process is the
best thing that could have happened to him.
The video evidence was reviewed and no criminal conduct was found.
There is nothing that hangs over his head now. And that is a great thing
for him.
I stand by my statement that the evidence should have been looked at.
Don’t get me wrong, I get real cryptic when I comment sometimes, probably due to global varming yaknoww..
I agree it is better to clear the air than light more brushfires.. And leave everyone hanging.. Smoke’d.. So to speak.
I know Tony never goes out there to take drivers out so openly. If there is such a thing as a Perfect Storm, no one would wish this on anyone.
