The interesting thing about the NFL is how few people can actually DO NFL coaching.
That is why we have families Phillips, Ryan) and people cycling through coordinators, specialty coaches, coaches and so on.
It takes a combination of knowing the game, understanding players and motivations, strategy, tactics and execution.
Based on all that they should hire me. But I am not an ex-player, college coach or friend/relative of an owner.

That was a very impressive performance.
Let's hope they improve even further, though there's not much fault to find with tonight's effort and execution.
