I originally felt this should not have gone to a grand jury, but for Stewart, given today’s result and other information, he may be far better off. This really closes the case. Given Ward’s level of MJ influence, this may even relieve some of the feelings we all know Tony had to have. It’s still painful and I do feel for Ward’s loved ones.

I feel that overall this was the best way to do the investigation- involving as many people/entities/data/video/drivers/track workers, etc.

Taking the TIME and NOT rushing to a conclusion at any point by any Legal Entity.

Being as OPEN AS LEGALLY POSSIBLE was also a very good choice.

NY State GJ is made up of 23 Jurors. It takes 12 of the 23 to bring charges.

Dittos on the Prayers for ALL involved.

As sudden death does this will stay with all for a long time if not Life.
