I feel that overall this was the best way to do the investigation- involving as many people/entities/data/video/drivers/track workers, etc.
Taking the TIME and NOT rushing to a conclusion at any point by any Legal Entity.
Being as OPEN AS LEGALLY POSSIBLE was also a very good choice.
NY State GJ is made up of 23 Jurors. It takes 12 of the 23 to bring charges.
Dittos on the Prayers for ALL involved.
As sudden death does this will stay with all for a long time if not Life.
OK, I’m going to try to get back to normal here:

Notes: While teams in both NASCAR national series in action at Dover this week will run the same right-side tire code (D-4440), each will run a distinct left-side code . . . in Sprint Cup, this is the same combination of left- and right-side tires that has been run at Dover since 2012 . . . these teams also ran this same tire set-up at Kentucky the past two seasons . . . Goodyear held a confirmation test at Dover on May 6-7 . . . Sprint Cup drivers that participated in that test were Kyle Busch, Carl Edwards and Martin Truex Jr. . . . Dover is unique among NASCAR ovals one mile or less in length, in that inner liners are required in all four tire positions . . . air pressure in those inner liners should be 12-25 psi greater than that of the outer tire.
