What I mean is; I did that with my good ole boy a while back. Did that same thing with my wife in July.
Of course I didn’t take hurt to be put down, but as she lay there with the inevitable happening, I could feel her saying those same words.
damn.
The idea that the dog desires to talk to the owner to thank him for his wonderful life before leaving, but can’t, is just absolutely heart wrenching.
