A Christian can never vote for a non-Christian? Is that what you’re saying? If so, just say it. I can respect that. At least it’s a logically consistent view.
You’ve said compromise with evil is flat out wrong. OK. We know even one tiny sin is enough to condemn a man, and all unrepentant sinners are evildoers. That means you can’t vote for anyone who isn’t a repentant Christian.
You see, I’m not double minded about these things. I’m absolutely opposed to abortion. I will always vote to prevent as many abortions as I can. In my mind, I’m not compromising one bit. I’m saving babies and trying to save more. Show me how I can get a complete ban, and I’ll vote for that, too. In other words, 100% opposed to abortion.
The choice is to either compromise your principles or stand by them when voting. You urge compromise. The choice is yours.
I will never again vote for a liberal sporting an "R" after their name. We have done that and lost. It doesn't work and I will not do it again.
