A very disturbing number of Freepers are openly advocating, on Free Republic threads, for the defeat of Senator Pat Roberts and other good Conservative Republicans. Greg Orman, in Kansas, is a pro abortion, anti gun, tax and spend Liberal Democrat who has given tens of thousands of dollars to Obama and Pelosi and the Democrat Party and Harry Reid. I am called an "idiot" for supporting Roberts. However, I think that those on Free Republic who support Harry Reid and Greg Orman should be ZOTTED, kicked off the site. I have had enough of there hate filled, vindictive, misguided trash.
I feel your pain. I have been on threads where the operative phrase is “vote democrat and teach them a lesson”. I would rather be beheaded by ISIS than ever vote for a democreat of any sort. Because of that I am a marxist, rino loving ahole. Really!
Go to Ornman's site. If there is not a Democrat running for the seat could you tell me what a fricking Democrat is?
But with all due respect, this is becoming a serious issue on your threads.
The Pro Greg Orman forces are ridiculous and Pat Roberts deserves the support of every true conservative.
I have NEVER supported Thad Cochran. I have NEVER said a kind word about Cochran or Boehner.
These people who advocate for pro Obama, pro abortion Orman make me feel like I do not belong here. Is that the case?
So in other words, no strategy.
It is good that Roberts appears to be conservative, but he should be representing the state in which he lives. I have a real problem when Senators, who are supposed to represent the interest of the states, only visits the state when he is up for re-election.
You are absurd.
Pat Roberts supported Ted Cruz.
He suffers from projection. He is the lib he bitches about. He and I haqd a go aroind. He got me on one point, I got him on about 10. Ergo he did the pigeon strut, kicked the board over and claimed a win.
We are 2 years out and already the capitulation crowd is in full throated “VOTE FOR NY RINO!” scream. FR can either fix the problem or not. But plenty of us aren’t doing this again.
Please read my many, many posts on the Chad Taylor petition to withdraw from the race, a petition that was denied by the Secretary of State for Kansas, Kris Kobach. The issue has completed oral arguments before the Kansas Supreme Court and is awaiting their judgment.
You are making a fool of yourself on matters on which you are clearly ignorant.
Enlightenment is but a mouse click away:

You need to ask the Kansas election commission. Apparently the Democrat has asked for his name to be removed from the ticket.
Is that what you have?
Orman is a DEMOCRAT!
Do you support Greg Orman?
Review all the old threads. All I’ve ever done is simply stated I would never vote for McConnell, Cochran nor Cornyn. As a result, shrieking GOPe cheerleaders have accused me of “wanting to hand the senate to the democrats.”
If you want to attack anyone go after the GOPe. They tossed the turn in the punch bowl. You can join them in a toast but don’t expect any of us to drink with you.
Kansas,
It's not about being correct on the issues or maintaining a high ACU score anymore.
The reason why the base is pissed at Republicans is because there is no passion or fight on the Republican side. There is absolutely no leadership whatsoever. Republicans are not advancing the conservative agenda or attacking the Left's ideas and policies.
What happened to repealing Obamacare? It's now become "well, it's here, so we need to make it run better."
What happened to abolishing the Dept of Education or going after Michelle's lunch standards? It's now become "how much more should we spend on education, so Democrats won't be pissed at us."
Where are the bold, conservative ideas?
20 years ago, Newt Gingrich introduced his Contract to America platform. Republicans won 1994 mid-term in droves and put the brakes to Clinton's agenda.
2010 was the Tea Party wave.
Now what's left is this absolutely absurd notion of "bipartisanship" and "reaching across the aisle." If this is what Republicans have become, then I don't want any part of it.
You’re the one who implied Orman was a democrat based on past performance.
Chris McDaniel voted in a democrat primary as well once upon a time. Thad Cochran was a democrat as was Trent Lott. Are they all really democrats still?
Not my threads.
Nancy Kassebaum and Bob Packwood and many other Liberal Republicans served during the Reagan years.
So in other words, no strategy.
We need a party that represents us. Without that we’re lost completely.
I laid out the strategy that we should have already followed eight years ago.
What we’ve been doing has gotten us where we are today.
“Orman is a DEMOCRAT!”
If he’s a democrat, why is he running as an independent?
