It’s not reviewable. It changed a punt situation into a first down and eventually the game tying score. But remember, that only came after TY Hilton got held while the ball was in the air and allowed the interception. At some point I think the officials decided to quit calling penalties on DBs. This may have involved some NFL direction based on the Sunday night fiasco where the refs brought Mexican Jumping Flags to the game and chased those things all over the field for 4 quarters.
