Arguing principles is always a hard road.

But the facts that are emerging sort of undermine any “principle” arguments.

The 4th Amendment has been kicked to the curb (tell a traffic cop who pulls you over he can’t search your vehicle), but it is looking like there was more than a little probable cause.

The cop was smart in recording the encounter — he was on KFI 640 yesterday and it is clear he was in the right.
