When civil society is not going his way, Soros can always rely on the courts to help him short-sell America. This is what Soros calls an Open Society.

California needs to learn to live without access to petrochemicals of all kinds.

This caught my attention: “....Although the DOT has plans to replace the DOT-111s,...”
So the DOT owns these railcars, and is going to replace them eh. NOT. These cars are owned by private enterprise, and the government is going to coerce private enterprise to replace them with something certainly more costly, and perhaps less efficient if it is to Liberal standards.
More than likely the cars are owned by Warren Buffet, but then still it’s private enterprise isn’t it.

Why yes, pipelines are far safer, but that’s really not part of the discussion. Let’s continue to destroy the economy and America in the process.

I sure wish the government would hire some lawyers that could win some of these lawsuits for Americans. Unfortunately, all we’ve got fighting for us are second string JV lawyers.

Soros is not an American and all that his money touches should be shut down in our country.
There was a time when he would've been thrown out of the country for subversion.

Why would we let the leftist Kalifornicators have any of the energy products they find so beneath them anyway?? Send it all to the people in the GOOD states.

Is this going to be war between Soros and Warren Buffet (Berkshire-Hathaway owner of the BSNF Railroad)?
OR is Union Pacific being squeezed?
