In China's parliament - National People's Congress - introduced a bill very similar to the bill now under consideration by the State Duma of the Russian accession Crimea to Russia. We are talking about a document that provides for the accession of China to the part of a foreign country if the local residents in a referendum will decide on becoming a part of the Chinese state, according to ICTV.
