Something like that weakens even a big,relatively secure nation like the US.What it does to weaken the social fabric and morale of a small nation surrounded by millions of medieval savages can easily be imagined.

We’ve got enemies outside the U.S. who will blow away 3/4 of the entire population if they get the chance (nuclear war). Then there’s the question as to when some infiltrating terrorist pulls some crap on us. Then we’ve got the movement which we are talking about that keeps adding enemies on its list. Lord help us all, because I have a bad feeling that chaos may hit at some point.
