Diving, falling, being inhaled by the larger specimens.
All a matter of perspective, how many beers, and how heroic one wants to appear.

I’ve heard of University of West Virginia fans setting them on fire.

I would assume the UK probably eats more beans for breakfast per person than anyone else on the planet, but I haven't explored every legume-consuming territory.

I’m fond of beans, but not, particularly, at breakfast.

Oh, noez! I gained a pound. *sob*

So I went out for a walk around the property, and will do it every other day for a while, then tackle the bike trail to the park.

I only walked 20 minutes, but I only have one speed, so it was enough to make me sweat.

O noes! But it’s a lot less than I gained! A little more activity can make a big difference.

I’ve started walking upstairs every five minutes in the morning to drag the girls out of bed again.

I figured the time I walked this morning was about what it takes for me to get to Walmart, so it was about a mile. On my way back, I ran into a neighbor who had just finished his walk and he said he had walked the bike trail for about 40 minutes, so I’m thinking that will be a worthy goal.

No stairs here...I don’t think the knees would like it if I climbed stairs every day.

I’m not going to be depressed about the lack of weight loss...it is what it is, and I know the reason why. All I can do is try to compensate by exercise. *sigh*

With all the mid-night problems I’ve been having, I’ve used up my nitro and the last of the nebulizer meds. I’m hoping I don’t have problems tonight, again. It’s getting to be a real bother.

We’ve had more than one additional complication emerge here. It looks like I’ll have to go to Weight Watchers on Saturday morning, before the next thing, because Elen has a meeting regarding the PSAT next Tuesday morning.

It’s not the same as being at my regular meeting, but at least I’ll be weighed in for October, if all goes well, and I can phone my leader to explain. (Otherwise, they’ll all think I’m pregnant ;-).

“Ensign, why aren’t we moving?” The CO sounded annoyed.

“I’m sorry sir. While you were planetside Engineering did an OS update and I can’t find the button to lay in the course in this new UI.”

“WHAT??? Who authorized that?”

“It was a high priority update to did a key security hole. HQ didn’t give us a choice.”

“Well, this is an urgent mission and we need to get underway. I knew we should have never accepted the Microsoft bid to build the ship’s OS. Tell me Engineering created a restore point. “

“This new Windows 800.1 is so ANNOYING!” the engineer shouted, they swore they could hear that voice coming from every access hatch and crawlspace the room had.

I’ve started walking upstairs every five minutes in the morning to drag the girls out of bed again.

It would help in your weight loss if the girls would gain weight.

Hockey Mask, Chainsaw, heavy curtains to block out all light.
Start chainsaw, no chain, and gun it as you enter the room.
