Oh, hey! It’s Th0masTh0mas.
Hey, that looks suspiciously like ThomasThomas.
We must test this out.
It might be an imposter, doppleganger, ora ThomasThomas suit.
Hmm.. A copy of a copy.
Signal degradation!
That’s the key!
Number don’t lie, but people do.
“We just compare these two scans, any differences will show up immedia-Oh good heavens!”
“Commander? Why does this scan look like a fractal had lust babies with a drunken Mandelbrot?”
Let that be a lesson to you, crewman. Be careful where you get your sushi."
Are you feeling any better this morning?
Since I was up half the night with various upper respiratory problems, I have the Slows today. I was able to find two more vials of nebulizer meds, but that’s it.
Unngh...
Now, how do I top yesterday’s feat? I guess I will head for the bedroom and sort papers.
70 degrees, 37%, sunny, storm glass says ugly weather is coming, but the barometer is steady.
Maybe you can lie down and sort!
Yes, I’m feeling a little better today, at least so far. Miss Kitten at the Weight Watchers meeting gave me a solar powered waving sunflower!
tagline
The stack of papers was 3’ high. I sat and sorted, and have almost reached the end. The main thing is sorting what I may use from what I just like, then either donating the rest or tossing it, or both.
My back began to hurt so I’m taking a short break. Of course, my bedroom is now officially chaos revisited, but I AM making progress. LOL!!
Once this is tackled and taken care of, I will be able to concentrate on the bookshelf and books that keep staring at me accusingly from the cubbyhole I have put them in on the patio.
Of course, now that the rug is dry and looking pretty, I need to replace the furniture and sort out the stuff I just threw in the two chairs to get it out of the way. I wonder when I will just have “housework” to look forward to, instead of these endless projects of weeding out what I have been packing around for years. Odd that I would hang onto some of the stuff I’ve found...
Busdaddy lost another 13 pounds, and he is more encouraged than ever about losing more. I don’t want to see him get too low, but his weight loss is astounding. His goal is to lose 100#. He has lost over 70 in the few months he has been on NutriSystem.
Me? Going slow and slow going. I will be lucky if I lose another two pounds this week. We will know tomorrow. But I will keep at it!
Give yourself a Raucous Round of Applause!
I’m going to take some children to the library. Then maybe we can have Naps.
Welp: Back to the Salt Mines...
Congrats to Busdaddy, and if you lose 2 lbs., that’s GREAT! I gained 2.2 this week ... but I worked at it! I get bored when I can’t lose more.
Done. Four grocery bags went out...three to the clubhouse and one to the trash. Two bags remain to be filed. And I discovered something rather disconcerting...there is water seepage in the bedroom, by the closet, and I don’t know if it’s from the outdoor water line close by, or if it’s seepage from the sprinkler system. At any rate, I can’t find out until at least tomorrow, as the office is closed today.
Anyway, I’ve done my share for the week, I think. And now I’m hungry. It seems I’m always hungry on this diet...I’m sure it’s the hypoglycemia...
Howdy, Face. Sorry to hear about your ‘stuff’ problem.
Makes me think of a business idea. I’ll offer to take a list from my customer of everything in the (room, storage shed, pile, whatever) they want to hang on to then go in and get rid of everything else *without* telling them what it was that I got rid of. The things you remember well enough to tell me about are the things worth keeping. Everything else is just clutter that you might, unfortunately, decide to keep if you do the removal. But since it’s me, I can be ruthless and get rid of it. And since I don’t tell you what it was, you won’t miss it.
Think it could work?
