I’m wrassling with the state’s title requirements. I think I’ll fill out a bunch of forms, collect all the documents my uncle sent, and then phone the state. I’m prepared to pay Pat or James to sit on hold, as opposed to my waiting in line at the driver’s license office only to find that I don’t have some document I need.
