Got peppers coming out of my ears! Pretty excited about it. We’ve frozen quite a bit, that was supplemented by runs to the local farmer’s market. Gearing up to start canning for the season. Less than 60 days left until we’ll be seeing snow, or a real potential of it!
Sometimes my freezer is just a holding place for stuff that I want to can in the winter when it’s not so hot and the extra heat from the process is appreciated more.
