(Sorry to be to the thread so late, but I have been away.)
You’re not too late! I still have a drain from surgery, yes, one left, even after six weeks. It’s not even starting to slow down yet and I will start chemo the Tues after it comes out, which might be a while yet!
My new oncologist is so thoughtful. He is putting me on Tues so that it won’t have to be skipped on Thanksgiving or Christmas. And if I have a blood cell count to be done (which will happen regularly this time) it will be on a Wednesday. Nice dr.
