As Twitchy reported, blame social media is the new blame Bush, at least according to President No Strategy. However, it seems that actor Eric Roberts, best known as brother of actress Julia Roberts, didn’t get that memo. Plus he’s, you know, cuckoo pants. Taking a page from Russell Crowe’s Obama-swoon book?

When he was younger — back in the 80s — a critic described Eric Roberts as a guy who always looked like he wasn’t “all there” mentally. I have always remembered that.

Eric Roberts is an American actor who has been nominated for two Golden Globes and one Academy Award. In 1981, Roberts was involved in a car crash that left him comatosed for three days and with facial trauma, a broken collarbone, and an injured hand. In 1987, Roberts was arrested for possession of cocaine and marijuana. He continues to struggle with pot, and has rage issues when not using the drug.
